Within 90 days of your purchase date if you are not totally satisfied with the vitamins, we will issue you a full refund less the shipping and handling.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
The return must include all of the unused vitamins and any documentation that was included in the shipment. In order to receive a full refund you have to have taken the vitamins as directed.
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for any packages that are valued over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All orders are processed in 2-3 business days, shipped via USPS and will arrive within 4-7 days of being processed.
When your order is placed you have the option of providing your phone number and/or email address.
If this information is given, you will receive a series of messages after your order has been placed. The first message will notify you that your order has been processed and will provide you with a USPS tracking number. The messages to follow will include a notification of your order being “out for delivery”, and finally “delivered”
Hair369 accepts and ships orders internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS). These orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. The shipping arrival times will vary for each country and largely depends on the customs process.
Please contact your countries local postal office/service if you have any questions regarding the status of your package.
You are responsible for paying any fees such as customs and or duty fees associated with your package. You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of your package is not on your countries “forbidden items” list.
You have 30 days from the time your order was “shipped” to contact us regarding any shipping issues to receive a refund or a replacement. These issues may include missing merchandise and/or delivery problems.
Hair369 will not be responsible, nor will we issue any shipping refunds to orders that are returned back to us for non payment of custom fees/tariffs, forbidden items, package abandoned, pick up refusal or address errors.
Hair369 will not be responsible, nor will we issue refunds to any orders/packages that are seized by customs.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct address for your order. Please notify us within 2 hours if the address information needs to be corrected.
Hair369 will not be responsible for refunding or replacing any orders delivered to a wrong address. If any orders are returned for a wrong address, an additional shipping fee will be due before we will reship.
We will only allow exchanges/replacements of our product if they are defective or damaged. You have 3 days from “delivery” to report any shipping damages to be eligible for a replacement. If you need a replacement of your item(s) please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up arrangements.
If a package is deemed lost in the USPS transit system we will mail a replacement package and file a USPS claim. On the rare occasion that both the lost and replacement USPS packages are shipped to you, returning one package is required.
We will contact you via email and or phone to facilitate the return of the extra package. It is imperative that you repy to us. If no arrangements are made within 7 days of “delivery”, we reserve the right to demand and/or recover the payment of our product(s).
CANCELLATIONS AND COUPON CODES
If you need to cancel your order please contact us at email@example.com within 2 hours of it being placed.
Any cancellations after this time will incur a re-stocking fee.
When using coupon codes, please make sure to click on the “apply” button at checkout to make sure the coupon is accepted.
Coupon codes can only be used while placing an order at checkout. We will not issue refunds or credits for coupon codes after an order has been placed.
If your coupon code is not working, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before completing your order.
You have 10 days from the time your order was “delivered” to contact us regarding any delivery issues you may have to receive a refund or a replacement. The term “delivery problems” include such issues as a package received with missing items and/or a package not arriving/lost.
Hair369 reserves the right, on a case by case basis, to refund or replace USPS tracked packages that show “delivered”, but for unknown reasons, was not received by a customer.
If you have concerns and/or a history of your mail being lost or stolen, you can include “Signature Required” insurance to your order for an extra fee.
